Doggie Daycare Policies/Forms
SMALL DOG DAYCARE:
Age:
Dogs must be at least 4 months in age. All Dogs must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age to participate in Doggy Daycare.
Vaccinations:
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations as required by your veterinarian. We need written proof that your dog has received the following vaccinations: DHLPP (which is a combination shot for Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para Influenza and Parvo Virus) Rabies and Bordatella for kennel cough.
Health:
All dogs must be in good health. Owners need to certify their dog is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable condition in the past 30 days. On admission, all dogs must be free of any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the past 30 days will require a veterinarian's certification of health.
IF YOUR DOG IS NOT FEELING WELL, LEAVE THEM HOME!
Behavior:
ALL dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Fuzzy Friends cannot admit any aggressive or non-socialized dogs.
** RESTRICTIONS **
In order to comply with insurance requirements and for the safety of the group, the following animals are NOT allowed to attend Doggie Daycare at this time.
- Large dogs over 40 lb.
- Pit Bulls
- Pit Bull Mix
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Presa Canaries
- Any dog who has bitten another dog or human
- Any dog showing signs of aggressive behavior
The owners and staff of Fuzzy Friends reserves the right to refuse service or to remove any breed of dog for any reason as safety is our primary concern for our guests.
